Prices and payments

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR). They include any VAT payable. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus the shipping cost. All payments must be received within 30 days from the auction close.

For large amounts, if you would prefer to pay over a given period of time, let us know and we will consider your suggestions. Likewise, if you win just a few records, we can hold these records until our next auction to make a single shipment. In this case, you would pay just the bid amount.

Payment methods accepted:

- Personal or cashier´s checks

- Paypal

- Wire transfer "bank to bank"

- Money Orders (Postal, Western Union, Moneygram...)

- Cash in Euros or US dollars

Delivery charges and times

We usually ship all our products through Correos (Spanish postal service) and make every effort to keep these charges as low as possible. This charge depends on the number of records to be shipped. Send us an email if you would like to receive an estimation.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, sometimes even the same day we receive your payment. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 15 days after delivery. The product must be complete, and in the same condition as you received it. You will receive a full refund for the product. Please send us an email to receive further information.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase when the products have been damaged or if we have insufficient stock.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of the accessing or use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the spanish courts.
